Today we had the opportunity to try Uncle Bullfrog's Microgreens. The variety: Radiah, Broccoli and Arugula was absolutely delicious. It tasted like spring, with a bit of spicy (complements of the radish). We paired the micro-greens with some beet salad (beets, carrots, peas, onion, and sauerkraut) at lunch and sandwich (sourdough toast, hummus, cheese, turkey, sautéed onions and mushrooms) at afternoon tea.
